Ingredients:
4 tablespoons of active dry yeast
2 1/2 cups of warm water
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 teaspoons of salt
6-7 cups of all-purpose flour
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the yeast and brown sugar with 1 cup of warm water. Allow it to sit for about ten minutes until the yeast becomes frothy.
Add the remaining warm water, coconut oil, and salt to the yeast mixture.
Gradually incorporate the all-purpose flour, adding it 1-2 cups at a time. Mix until the dough becomes less sticky.
Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead it for at least ten minutes, adding more flour as needed to prevent sticking.
Grease three 6×3 inch bread pans. Divide the dough into three equal parts and shape each part into a roll. Place the dough rolls in the greased bread pans.
Allow the dough to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
